We had Weather Pro come and replace 3 basement windows. A representative came out to the house to set up a quote which was very reasonable. I was very impressed and booked the replacement windows. A timeline was given for delivery and we set up an appointment for replacement almost within the timeframe. The work crew were fast and efficient, and they left a clean workspace when done. They had me review their work and demonstrated how to work the windows. All in all my husband and i were impressedwith the price, the work and the windows. Thank you Weather Pro.

My wife and I are extremely happy and pleased with the windows that Weather Pro installed at our home. From the manager to the installers, everyone was very professional and easy to talk to. Everything went really well and we got an excellent deal. It was like a steal for four windows! (I don't have pictures of the others). Highly recommended!
Highly recommend! We were told their arrival time was between 8am-11am and they came right at 8am! The first two guys who came to install the doors were very professional, were careful with our stuff. They were also very efficient and cleaned up as they went. They got 2 doors/storm doors and 3 windows in one day. They showed the finish products and demonstrated how they operate. Alex, the sales representative that we met with to start was very professional, had examples of windows and doors to show. We had a weird kitchen window was retrofitted before we moved in and he was able to reassure us that it will be fixed appropriately when the new windows are installed. Overall very satisfied with the result and the business they provided!
Saw several social media posts about energy efficient rebate programs for doors & windows. I emailed Weather Pro Windows & Doors very shortly after received a call from Alex one of their sales reps. We arranged an appointment date & he drove an hour out of wpg to meet with me. I was replacing 6 windows in a 40+ yr old year round cottage which is my primary residence. It was not a newer energy efficient construction so naturally I wasn’t considering options other than dual pane argon. He explained the rebate program in easy to understand terms. He is super knowledgeable about their products & explained the retro fit process. He is super nice & friendly & easy to work with. He took the extra time to prepare 2 estimates. One double pane argon the other triple pane argon. The difference in price after factoring in $600 for rebate made the choice easy. Triple pane argon. The crew was comprised of 3 guys. Very friendly. They were fun & funny to interact with. Took time to explain things during the install. The clean up was impeccable. I didn’t have to do any cleaning. The windows were a perfect fit. The trim moulding matched beautifully. The caulking job was smooth & seamless. The lead guy showed me how to work the folding cranks & how to remove the glass panels as well as the screen. They installed the 6 windows in just over 2 hours. Am super happy I went with Weather Pro Windows & Doors.
