He personally explained the types and colors of window frames, as well as the types of glass and their pros and cons, in great detail, and kindly answered any questions during the decision-making process without regard to time. During the installation period, he worked skillfully and calmly. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him.
I have worked with other companies in the past in our previous home, but after moving into an older home in St Vital, I decided to call Northshield after seeing their signage and work in the area. Omar was our sales rep - he was great to work with, showed all the options and helped me to understand why one option would be better than another. The home we purchased was over 100 years old, so there were some surprises in the basement wall structure, but the installation team handled the surprise with hard work, determination and skill! Their craftsmanship was outstanding! The finishing details on the frames are of a high quality that I have never seen in my past experiences with other companies-very high end and aesthetically pleasing. The installation team worked hard all day on all 8 windows in the sub zero temperatures, were pleasant to deal with and cleaned up after their work. The lead hand even took the time to help me understand the process with the surprise we found in the walls and came up with an excellent resolution. I highly recommend going with Northshield Windows and Doors! Their prices were very competitive and the work outstanding.
