Vitaliy guided me from initial inspection, choosing the right styles for my windows and front Door and of course gave the best quotation for a huge project on my house (16 windows, front door and storm door replacement). At first, I thought it might be an overwhelming project for Korsun Windows but they embraced the challenge and proved that I made the right decision in choosing them to do the job.I would say the 3 day-installation part was the toughest stage because I have been very observant on how they perform the tasks. I think that was one of the longest 3 days of my life lol. But I stayed positive and kept motivating the installers to do it slowly but surely. Shout out to my guy, Maxim (Max). He is a beast and never stops working. Very genius and definitely an expert on his kraft. Oleg is a very hardworking rookie. It’s a good exposure for him and as long as he listens to Max’s advice, he will surely become a Pro in due time. These guys even extended a little bit on the last day to wrap things up as planned which I really appreciate. It would have been cherry on top if they had time to do the finishing touches by wiping all finger marks and scuffs and perfecting the application of silicon sealant on the on the new windows but I understand it’s already dark and the guys were very exhausted. Salute to both of you for not giving up and stepping up big time.I know thank you is not enough but at least I got you pizza for lunch on the last installation day lol.Korsun Windows is a dark horse in this industry and I won’t be surprised if they become one of the biggest contractors in a few years. Great experience from estimate to installation.Korsun windows & doors actually sends someone to your home to give you an IN PERSON ESTIMATE unlike many other companies that you email the measurements and they send you an Email estimate.Vitaliy was very professional and informative providing different options answering all my questions and putting me at ease. He made the process of ordering my bathroom window an easy pleasurable experience. He even provided me with the info to get a rebate back from MB Hydro {they give you $100/window}PS Many of the window & door companies also don’t want to replace a single window. They don’t want to deal with you unless you are getting at least 3-4 windows.The installers were very professional did a wonderful job. My new bathroom window looks fantastic. The installers even took the time to show me how to operate the window (remove the screen, clean the outside window from inside) making sure I understood how to work it. After they completed the installation they cleaned/vacuumed the area.Not only fantastic service great prices. Their pricing was the best we found.
