Great customer service! From estimate to completion of installation they were very friendly, professional, and timely with their work. We are very happy with the price and quality of windows. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using them again for our upcoming window replacements.
i have nothing but amazing things to say aboutAcrtic star windows!the process was very organized and easy right from the beginning, booking the initial visit, down to the installation. The whole process only took about 1.5 to 2 months with shipping, but they were quick and excited to schedule the install (within a few days to a week of the products arrival). Also, the visits only about 30 minutes to discuss or sign papers (Anatoly will meet you just about anywhere, he is very accommodating).Anatoly and the crew are all very knowledgeable, easy to work with and easily accessed if you have questions. i also found them very friendly and accommodating.i had 3 windows replaced by Arctic Star Windows, it only took them around 2 hours, and they confirmed with me my preferences. they were very happy and welcoming professionals who came to install. I no longer have a draft in my condo and the final product is very clean looking, Im obsessed!Thank you so much! i will be back soon for the other windows as we discussed!
We had one more window in our house to replace but it had been in there since the 70’s. they removed all the rotted wood and replaced it with a beautiful hung window that instantly lit up our living room and changed the whole look to clean and modern. The window itself is triple paned economic and was just over an hour to install... It’s a big window so to have it done so quickly from start to finish on a rainy day was greatly appreciated. Arctic Star was the second appraisal we had and am so thankful we went with them because we saved almost $1000 closing them instead. Professional, very friendly and cleaned up all the mess and took away the old window like they had never been there. Thank you guys, we love it! Now time to paint??
We just had Artic Star Windows replace a bathroom window, two bedroom windows and front door and the service was great from start to finish. We had three quotes done and Artic Star had the best price. We were told it would take eight weeks to get the windows and they were right on. When the installers came to install the windows and door they arrived fifteen minutes early and went straight to work and didn't stop until they were done. We could tell that they knew what they were doing, were hard workers and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the quality of work done and would recommend Artic Star if you need doors and windows
Good glassBad installersThey came to do a sealed unit swap. Ripped the seal in a few spots installing. Tried to argue with me that it was like that before and no way they did that. Then lucky because had the window replaced a few months before hand I had a before photo and the seal wasn't ripped or spaces in the corners. They came back and found they put the side trim on the top and top on the side. That fixed the gabs in the corners but not the ripped seals. So they silicone the rips. Swearing they didn't do it but as they where reinstalling the trim seal the one guy is using his pry tool on the seal. And the older installer says to him not onfront of the customer. After talking with another company you can not repair ripped seals with silicone as it has to flex and move with the shifting of the house.I had to fight to get them to come back and fix what they did and there bad fix of silicone on the seal.
