We had been looking at purchasing some new doors and we met with Harman. He was so knowledgeable and showed us doors in detail! What a great guy. Excellent products and excellent service. I world wholeheartedly recommend everyone if any of you are considering changing windows or doors. After the installation, service team visits house to make sure everything is okay. That's a month after the installation so that's what I call the customer service. After switching to Brookstone windows, it is much quieter and thermometer status much more stable. My front door was custom sized (46 inches) so I was worried about how it will look. It is absolute perfection. Clean and secure.
