Customers highlight responsive communication and noticeable comfort improvements after installation. The Wichita location maintains a strong average rating with many reviews, reflecting consistent service over time.

Our assessment indicates potential concerns regarding the quality of window installations and warranty documentation provided by this company. Specifically, there are reports of substandard installation practices and the absence of promised documentation for lifetime warranties. Furthermore, the presence of moisture within the triple-pane windows suggests a compromised seal, potentially impacting their performance.

Just finished having my bathroom converted from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower. I am beyond happy with the results. I feel this will be safer for my husband to take his shower now.

**updated: had a service man come out two weeks after this review was posted and he was unable to fix the windows leaking air. The window leaking water was deemed an exterior caulking issue that we have to fix since caulking isn't covered under their warranty. I was told by the office that he would have everything on his truck to fix my windows today but since he couldn't see an immediate problem with the windows leaking air, I will have to schedule another appointment for him to come out and caulk the interior of the windows to hopefully stop then from leaking. So I am left with cellophane on my windows until then.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I spent over $16,000 on new windows just for three of them to leak air so badly that I had to put cellophane on the inside of them to keep the room at temperature. Then one of their windows pours in water every time it rains and they are refusing to do anything about it, blaming the siding or roof above. I had the roofing company, the siding company and a water mitigation company come out and all three of their reports show no problems or moisture above the window, only below. The drywall, flooring and ceiling of my basement are all ruined because of Woodbridge's leaking window and they refuse to do anything about it. In hiring this company you will get shoddy workmanship, a bait and switch warranty and extensive damage to your home. Do yourself a favor and look to another professional. Woodbridge, do better.

I've been waiting to write a review because the actual windows we had installed are great windows but everything else has been pretty bad once our windows were installed.
Our bedroom window has had a draft underneath the window since its been installed and the window isn't secure on the bottom part of the jamb. When we get cold wind or rain from that side of our house you can see moisture on the wood stool piece. Someone came out a year ago and said there want anything he could do (late 2023). I've called a few times since January of 2025 and was told someone would be in contact with me in 24 hours, but haven't been contacted again.
Also, a lot of the pieces used for flashing were coming off after a year. I paid extra for the flashing to be done and it was not worth the price we had to pay nor the headache at the time.

The windows are solid windows, but i regret not going with a local company or buying Provia windows and putting them in myself. I've talked to two family members who had windows put in and I told them to absolutely not have Woodbridge put their windows in and go with the local company.

Something else that people may consider.....
The main selling point of these windows for us was that there was a lifetime warranty on our windows and it transfers one time if someone buys the house. We were told that if anything were to ever happen at all with our windows to call and they will fix it.
But after reading a review below mine, Woodbridge says they have a "Limited lifetime 7 year warranty" according to their contract?
If that is true then we feel even worse about our windows because we were told multiple times that unless it was an act of God that caused damage to our windows that Woodbridge would fix or replace them.

The product is great but the company sends any crew for installation that they later admitted they didn't know anything about. The crew rushed through the installation. Mine is a large home and they flew through it in a week. They lost over a week due to weather. Trying to install siding, or just doing ANY outside work in February in Kansas, is a gamble. We are still very much in winter at that time. The result was sloppy, pieces falling off in a matter of days, way too many flaws, trash left in my yard. A window air conditioner is now leaning forward because they didn't remove it. My screen door doesn't fit anymore, with 3 screen doors, they only removed 1 which no longer fits in the space. Over 2 months since the crew considered this job "done" and I have had to fight with the company to even acknowledge the poor quality. I refused to sign off on this because it isn't finished. You can research a company but you never know who they are sending to your home. The amount of screws and nails I found in my driveway and yard is unbelievable. I am still finding nails out back. All the boxes the material came in are still laying out back, along with 6 bags of scraps. Finally I had a visit with the district manager and he was shocked by what he saw here, as if he didn't believe me when I told him over the phone. That was when he admitted that the person that works with the contractors didn't really know them "since they have so many" This is a large chunk of money I have agreed to pay to have this done so I am not accepting sloppy, rushed, mediocre work.
