I'd go to Home Depot if I were you!!!My husband and I purchased 4 windows and a sliding glass door from Renewal by Andersen which were installed early fall of this year at the cost of over $20,000.00. We went with Andersen because we wanted good quality even if it does cost a bit more. During installation, the installer realized that the glass door and frame were not working as it should and said that it would work itself out but if it didn't to call the office. It hasn't worked itself out. The door should slide easily but I have to yank very hard to open and shut the door. They sent a very nice man to fix it by just putting two little sticky shimmies up between the door and frame. All that did was make the door even harder to open. I pulled my shoulder muscle trying to open it. They are not standing by their product and just keep sending Duane to try and fix something that needs to be replaced. They tell us that we need to follow protocol before they will replace it. This is not how a company should treat their customers-especially when we pay the price these windows cost.Very disappointed!!!!!
