Save yourself the trouble and hassle dealing with this company has been absolutely deplorable. Complete lack of communication from the project management team . My install was scheduled incorrectly the 1st time causing me to miss work and then on my 2nd installation date, nobody showed up and I called multiple times and was assured the installation team was still coming however by 1pm they finally admitted the install team had cancelled at 5 am but Thompson creek never updated their files correctly so I lost another day at work . The actual install crew who came on the 3rd date was fantastic. Also, unless you are purchasing triple pane windows, don’t fall for their “ energy efficient rated windows” as only the triple pane qualifies for the federal tax deduction apparently. I have waited over 3 months to hear back from the project coordinator about compensation for their 2 scheduling mishaps and my emails and calls go unanswered. So please , do NOT waste your time or money supporting a company that has no interest in backing their quality . I can only imagine what a process it will be should I need to file a warranty claim. I should have done more research so hopefully this saves someone the trouble .
Alexis at Thompson Creek is AMAZING!! I got several estimates she worked with me on design and blew it out of park!! Stayed in the budget I wanted and the door is drop dead gorgeous. Installation crew Gary was on time, prompt, cleaned up just a A+experience
We are beyond thrilled with our entire experience with Thompson Creek window company! Artem, our project manager, could not have been more helpful, from beginning to end. Every time we spoke with anyone in the office, they were professional, knowledgeable and very willing to help with anything. Our project team was outstanding! Moses and his workers could not have been more amazing! Their workmanship, finishings, cleanliness and attitude were over the top. They changed out 28 windows in just two days, including fixing some fascia board! We highly recommend this company!
I had the pleasure of working with Erin from Thompson Creek Window Company, and I must say, her service was exceptional. She went above and beyond in explaining everything thoroughly and patiently. I highly recommend her and the company !They Finally finished my home and I must say they are true to their word !! I want to acknowledge the excellent work of the entire crew, especially Miguel’s team and the project manager, Artem. From start to finish they did a very good job. They cleaned up all the debris daily and and the manager kept us updated on what was going on. Everything we asked for was done and done right too ??. My husband is very hard to please, but even he was impressed with the job. I definitely recommend them. Five stars in my book !!
