Very pleased with Paramount Builders. We hired them to install 15 new windows and new siding for our home. We were looking to make our home look nicer, have energy efficiency, and get a good price. They offered the best price, and although we didn't think we needed triple-pane windows, we were sold when we saw how little heat could get through.The crews who installed everything were efficient, showed up on time, and cleaned up. The window crew had to come inside and were very respectful, changing shoes each time to not track dirt inside. The office staff kept me up to date on when supplies would be here and worked around my schedule. They also offered a financing plan that allowed me to enjoy the look of my home now and not have to pay until later.I've seen the commercials on TV and they can say anything they want in an ad. But Paramount Builders came through on all their promises. Very professional crew from the salesman who was honest and didn't try to use fluff to make a sale, to the friendly office staff, to the people who did the actual work on my home. And if you think they are too far away . . . We live in Northern Gloucester and never had an issue of them being on time even coming from VA Beach. The salesman was knowledgeable, informative and personable. He matched new window to windows previously installed which were in good condition. The installers did a great job! I have a lot of wood trim in my home and they replaced windows without damaging any of the wood. They were neat and cleaned up everything behind themselves.
The technician arrived 30 minutes early. The began immediately to demo the old door. They did an outstanding job trying to keep the mess to a minimum. It took four men a total of four hours, from start to finish, to get the new door installed professionally and efficiently. The lead was considerate to ask about my coax cable for my internet service, they did conceal the cable, better than it was when they began.Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I received.
