Highly recommended! We just had our glass window pane replaced by FASGLASS and I couldn’t be happier. I worked with Don who was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. During the job, the window balance unexpectedly broke, but Don didn’t leave us stranded. He tried to fix it on the spot and clearly explained the exact replacement part we needed, and came back to fix it himself. The service was quick, on time, and the price was more than fair. Thanks, Don! Loving the new window.
Donny was very communicative and helpful! He was able to work around my schedule and my tenant's to make sure all window leaks were taken care of. He was able to help me work through my warranty for a different window in the living room and put everything together to set up my rental property for success.
Avoid Fasglass (Donny Damon) and Tidewater Regional Contracting/TRC (Shane Pafgrath).I paid $20K for window replacements and roof work. Started with one leak—ended with three new ones in places that had never leaked. What followed: a year of broken promises, shoddy work, and chronic no-shows. I lost countless days waiting for workers who sometimes never arrived.Donny repeatedly insisted Shane was "going above and beyond," yet the leaks persisted. When I pushed back, Donny claimed I "wanted everything for free." I just wanted what I paid for: no leaks.Shane's final attempt left daylight visible around a door frame—then he wanted more money to fix his own work. When I objected, he told me to find another installer. When I reported a still-leaking window, Donny cited the warranty expiration—one week past.Shane seemed to care about customer satisfaction until he didn't. Donny never did.I have extensive documentation—notes, photos, emails, texts—but I've wasted enough time on these contractors.Sharing this to help others make informed decisions.
Donnie was great to work with. He replaced a damaged sliding glass door and large picture window. The price was reasonable and the new pieces look great! I would definitely use him again.
I had a great experience with Fasglass and Donny. Communication was excellent from start to finish — he was quick to respond, kept me updated, and made everything easy. He showed up right on time, was friendly and professional, and the whole process was smooth. It’s always nice to work with a reliable local business. Highly recommend!
