The technicians who metal wrapped 18 windows at my house was very professional & friendly. They were respectful to me and my property, especially being careful around my flower beds. A few of our windows were malfunctioning & would not stay up when we opened them. The Custom Window Distributors team came out & fixed the issues by replacing the hardware which was worn over the years. They were very professional and friendly and had the windows fixed in no time. Kevin came and replaced the glass in a broken window for us. He was amazing. He answered and got out to us very quickly. He gave us a very reasonable price and a few options of what we could do. Super Window integrity began with the sales process. I needed 16 new windows and was first educated on how to find the right windows for my home. I was steered away from windows that were more costly but not needed. The salesman showed me what was needed based upon the climate, UV exposure, etc. He thoroughly demonstrated the functionality of the windows, hardware and showed me how they were easily cleaned and maintained. When he quoted me the price, which was all inclusive, including installation, warranty, clean up etc., I was pleasantly surprised. I placed the order, no money down required (even though the windows were custom) provided with an estimate of when the windows would be installed, and let me know the date of installation later. The installation team worked very thoroughly, installed every window precisely, and cleaned up my house inside and out very diligently. Every window had a tag applied stating that "This window was personally inspected by the company owner before delivery." Wow..I have never seen a product with the owner's personal inspection before. Oh, and a lifetime warranty too. I am one happy new window owner.
