I wanted to express my gratitude and admiration for owner Craig , who came out to our house today. We recently discovered there was never any insulation around the 7 windows with the initial installation 27 years ago. This has caused many problems for our home. Although Craig was not the owner back then he is taking full responsibility and fixing our problem. I can't express what a relief I feel and appreciate his willingness to honor a well expired warranty and rectify an issue that he could have easily not. Thank you Craig for stepping up and taking responsibility, ownership and accountability for your business. I would 100 % recommend using TK glass for all your needs. 5 star customer satisfaction for sure. Amazing!
It would be a huge understatement to say we are impressed with Craig McLeod, the new owner of Thermal King Glass. These days amazing trustworthy customer service is hard to find, but that is exactly what we got from Craig.A number of years ago we hired Thermal King to replace a lot of windows in our home. This was long before Craig took ownership of the company. Recently one of the windows Thermal King installed for us stopped sliding up and down. The warranty on the windows from Thermal King had expired but when we purchased the windows the manufacturer marketed them with a lifetime warranty.Knowing that Thermal King’s warranty had expired we went directly to the window manufacturer to ask them to fix the window. To our surprise and disappointment, the manufacturer told us the lifetime warranty had expired.At that point we turned to Thermal King to ask for help. Despite the fact that Thermal King’s warranty on the windows had expired, and even though Craig is a “new” owner of the company, he did not hesitate to step up and help us. Craig asked for a copy of our documentation on the warranty and then he approached the manufacturer for us.The manufacturer has now agreed to fix the window under their lifetime warranty.These days the sort of amazing customer service Craig has given us is unheard of. As long as he is in charge, he and Thermal King have, without a doubt, earned our future business. We can’t thank him enough for his help. Kudos to you Craig. Thank you!
We are really happy with our new door installation! The entire process, from start to finish, was top-notch.The quality of the install by Jesse and James was absolutely flawless—you can tell the team takes immense pride in their work. Beyond the technical skill, they were incredibly friendly and courteous. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up, leaving the space good as new. There was absolutely no mess or sign that a major installation had just taken place. We are hoping to also replace our windows with them in the near future.I highly recommend Thermal King for anyone needing a door or Window replacement. Great people and superb craftsmanship!

While I had no problem with the initial install with his company and would have recommended them, good luck trying to get warranty work done if a window fails. They advised they no longer deal with the supplier that made my windows and they would not be helping. They would not even offer to help in any capacity to work with me in contacting the manufacturer to get this fixed. The male at Thermal King Glass kept interrupting me while I was explaining this situation before I could even ask my question of him. The receipt says Thermal King Glass right across the top in bold print and they were happy to take my money but good luck getting assistance with warranty work. They simply brush it off as it is a manufacturer issue and not their problem.I would not recommend this company at all.
