Installed western windows on a new build 5 years ago. Been very pleased since. Had 2 screens destroyed by cats (I hate cats), brought them to Westeck for repair.In short order the repairs were done and to my surprise, there was no charge. What a horrible experience dealing with this company. They don't make it easy for you to deal with them. Should've went with a different provider.Delays. Poor communication. Lack of accountability. No proper follow-ups.I was recommended by my builder for their services. On the surface they have high quality product and the pricing to go along with it but in the end its just for show. I ordered a Grandview Multi-Slide from them which i now regret due to all the issues i've had.Their QA must've been asleep on the job when my patio door was made. The multi-slide was delivered to me with a warped frame. I got next to no response for an ETA for a replacement from my sales rep or the production dept after several requests. I eventually had to escalate the issue before the job was completed. I wouldn't deal with Westeck again even if they had the lowest prices. Not worth the hassle.
