Would like to recommend but I just can't.I really like Jamie and the company but...Ultimately the job was left incomplete with very little communication. One screen was left in the garage, two screens were sticking. Trim work promised not done at all. I had to have another contractor do it. A gap in one of the sliders with no trim to cover. One of the windows did not slide correctly. And then took a long time to get the job finished. We ordered 4 sliding glass doors and several windows in December and installation was mid April. Milgard technician could not come until June 28th. And all he did was make some minor adjustments and spray with Silicon. No defects in the screens not sure why we had to wait for Milgard. In addition communication lags were up to a week. Again no one told me they were finished. I figured it out when I got the invoice. It was then that I heard that the screens were defective and needed Milgard to come out. Then there were some explainable phantom texts to me that I never received. Then a form for rebates was sent and when I completed I hear back I don't qualify.I interviewed 5 companies and went with 4 Seasons and Jamie as they were competitive in price and really liked Jamie. i think the company does good work but in this case there must of been some other job more urgent.Overall the job is done but far too many issues and lack of follow through. I would not use them again.
Jamie @ Four seasons came to my house to give us an estimate on replacing all of our windows. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need and didn't waste my time with a sales pitch. He educated me on modern windows and showed some sample windows he had with him. When the time came for the install, he showed up on time and got after it. By himself! I could not be happier with the job he did and highly recommend his company. He's an extremely nice guy (even though he's a Cubs fan) and you will NOT be disappointed. - Chuck H
Just had 11 custom windows replaced in our older home by Four Seasons Contracting. I can’t say enough about how great of a decision this was. The price was very reasonable and the quality is top notch. Jamie ensured every detail in the installation was tended to. We will continue to recommend them for any window or door needs.
Jamie and Josh did an amazing job on the windows and the exterior trim. He listened to my ideas regarding what we wanted and even threw in some of his ideas to get the outside look of our house how we wanted. Installation was done in 2 days and they offered the most competitive price. We got bids from 3 other window companies and they all were high pressure, only one option for a window type and 10k or above for 8 windows. I'll be recommending this company to my friends and family.
I called Sam back for another project because I was very pleased with the first job his crew completed three years ago involving insulation, window installation and removal of an old wall mounted air conditioner. This time they installed four windows, rebuilt my door jam and installed a new screen door. Sam was great to work with. He was professional, there when he said he would be and was patient with my questions! The crew on both jobs were also professional, courteous and really cleaned up after the job was done. Great company to work with, I highly recommend them.
