I've had multiple companies over the years (25+) give me bids to replace our original 1972 single pane, aluminum clad windows (yes, I know!), and I finally pulled the trigger when Sean from Columbia, in his low key, friendly and professional presentation made it time. Columbia's prices were so reasonable for a quality window that now we're asking ourselves why we waited so long, we love our windows and sliders. Well, the wait was for the right company. The contrast of the before and now is staggering in the improvement, both in looks and insulation. Dimitri and his crew were also very easy to work with, Dimitri really knows his stuff, and explained the installation process clearly and helped with some decisions, like trim choices. So thanks Sean, for finally getting me my windows, and getting me off the waffle train! For anyone needing windows, at least give Sean a call and a chance to show you what Columbia has to offer.

Not only was the quote professionally presented & reasonably priced, it is high quality. It was also installed much faster than expected. The window & door were perfectly installed by Vitaliy & his co-worker on a very cold & rainy day. I appreciate their hard work & leaving the area neat & clean.

We had a full window replacement done by Colombia Windows back in September. There were some hiccups along the way, mainly due to some order information not being communicated properly in the beginning. However, they took responsibility and made things right in the end. Denis A. was the lead worker on the job, he was great! Very communicative, professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. If he found something that needed more attention he let me know and even helped fix some dry rot and found an area with lack of insulation. Luckily, we had some on hand and he was happy to put it all in there for us. I could tell he cared about the quality of his work, and his customers. Overall, the final result looks great, and we’re happy with the quality of the windows. Everyone we talked to there from sales, to crew, to admin were super helpful and we appreciate that they stood behind their work. Note- these were original storm windows from 1975, and likely not easy. They did a great job with the replacement getting these all updated!
I just recently had two new windows and hardy plank siding installed by Columbia. My sales rep Sean was very easy to work with during the process. The blue sections of the house are the sections that were previously cedar shingles or plywood. The second level section required additional unplanned work due to water damage around all the windows. They removed all those windows and reframed the whole section before putting on the hardy shingles. It was an extra cost but that was to be expected. Now that area is properly fixed and I don't have to worry with future issues. Dimetry's crew were very professional and did and excellent job on the repairs and the siding. My only advice if you don't live near the company office make sure to arrange payment with the sales person or to the crew. If you try to pay over phone to the office with a card their is a 3% fee. Luckily Sean agreed to pickup the final check from me saving me a couple of hours of my time. I would recommend you get them to bid your window or siding work. They do great work.
