One year followup review on my TW&D project- so glad we chose TW&D! The timeline matched what our sales rep stated, installation was done in a day and the crew was very professional. Over the past year our utility bill for heat and AC dropped nearly $200/month in the summer and we rarely had to use our electric heater in the winter. We did not have to start using our AC until mid-May because the house stayed cool all day long.
Noah (sales) was exceptional! We started the process long distance and he went above and beyond to communicate and achieve my vision of doors and windows. He was very patient and answered all of my questions in detail. He knew his product and was well informed. Once the installation process began he and Alexandra stayed in contact with me and resolved all of my concerns and any issues I had. I would recommend Tucson Window and Door, but especially Noah. I love the finished product!
I needed to replace a complex arched window in my home. From the first visit to assess the old window to the installation of a replacement, everything went seamlessly. The old window was carefully measured, and when the installer came, its replacement fit perfectly. The installation process was clean and efficient. Pio Martinez is an excellent craftsman, and his apprentice, Kevin Maldonado, did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up after themselves. I could not be more pleased with the service I received, and I will use them in the future.
We had all of our windows replaced in our home last week and very happy with the windows and the installation. The windows are beautiful and well made. The installers did a excellent job and were very respectful of our home . The installation was smoothly and they took their time to answer questions and made sure we were happy. We new this would be a investment and Tucson and Window and Door was not the cheapest bid but they did have the nicest windows and we felt like the cost was worth the end results. I would recommend using them if you need new windows.
