Russ and Jordon just completed replacing a window, 2 sliding screen doors and 14 other screens. They arrived on time, did a terrific job and cleaned up the area after installation. They are an asset to True View Windows and I highly recommend them!
In March 2025, I contracted with True View to replace all my windows (quantity of 10) and a sliding glass door in my house. It is now the end of October 2025, and we are just now winding-up the project (though not satisfactorily completed). The team was nice but time between appointments drug-out the project far longer than it should have taken. I had their "best guy" out two additional times to try to re-look at and then to uninstall and re-install the sliding glass door, and it's still not correct. I finally have decided to go to another company to get the sliding glass door installed properly as each time it's taken out and reinstalled, both the new door and my framing are compromised a little bit more.I believe True View is good for installing windows, but would not recommend them for sliding glass door installs.
Had a fantastic experience using Palo Verde Glass and Screen for a recent glass window replacement. Our old window had completely failed and had become so foggy you could barely see out of it. The large custom glass we ordered was reasonably priced, was installed quickly and professionally by technicians Abel and Jarrod. We will definitely use them for future products and would recommend to everyone seeking professional window and glass replacement!
