From start to finish I am very pleased with my new Performance Windows and sliding doors. During each step of the process I was communicated with and timelines were met. The installers showed up on time , put drop cloths down to protect my floors, and went to work. I was promised the install would be completed in one day. This timeline was met with time to spare. Within a few hours after the installers had completed the job and left, an Operations Manager visited my home to inspect the job, seek my input, and make sure I was completely satisfied.In my previous home I installed Renewal by Anderson windows and sliders. I prefer the Performance Windows and sliders. Performance Windows are more affordable, still custom made, has lifetime warranty (even on the screens which my Renewal by Anderson windows did not include) and I like the framing and functionality better. Two features I really like is that the windows can slide open from both sides of the window Also they have a security latch in the event I want to leave a window partially open and still know know that someone cannot open the window further from the outside. Another feature is the full screen covering the entire window.Thank you Performance Windows for meeting all my expectations.
Had every window in my house replaced totally 11 windows, some of which were over 12 feet wide. The whole process took about 6 weeks from the time I ordered the windows to the install date. Install took 8 hours, they took away everything from the old windows including the old bars, and painted over any scratches on the window sill and walls. (I provided the paint.) The windows themselves are very nice and quiet. I can see cars drive by the neighborhood without hearing a sound.Overall they're very solid windows at a reasonable price. And they were able to get them made and I stalled during the brief time I had off work.
Excellent company to work for since the beginning! Sales, the guys that came and measured for the new windows and all the installers! Installers were really amazing! They did everything and ended up finishing right on time before we needed to leave home so that worked out! The new design on our windows is awesome! We really love it! Quality is the best too! Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience:Price and Value: This was a huge win. They replaced 20 windows for less than half the price of a different company's quote for only 10 windows. This was a phenomenal deal.Quality and Warranty: The windows feel solid, and we've already noticed our AC running less. The lifetime warranty on both the windows and the screens is a major benefit and a big reason we chose them.Installation: The windows were installed well and look great, but the cleanup was disappointing. The crew left a significant amount of drywall and stucco debris on our floors each day, which was a hazard for our dogs (they eat anything they find on the floor). There was also caulking that got on our tile and pool decking. We had to do a good amount of cleaning ourselves every day after the installers left.Despite the cleanup issues, the quality of the windows and the unbeatable price make this a positive experience. If you’re looking for high-quality windows at a great value, I'd still recommend them.
When we were first approached by Performance Windows Tucson, we thought it was too good to be true! The company was very professional and the overall prices were competitive. I was skeptical through the whole process, but I am pleased to report that while we've only had our windows about a week we can already tell the difference. They keep our home cooler for sure!Overall there was great communication from the team with flexibility in scheduling and good follow up through the whole process.The instillation team were very professional and repeatedly checked in to make sure we were happy with their work.We haven't had to use any warranty so far, but it all seems very straight forward.
