They took good care of existing furniture that needed to be moved in order to remove the old glass & put in the new. There was no pushy salesman telling you that you had to sign a contract right away to secure a price that was waaayyy to high. From everyone in the show room, Austin who completed the original quote, Angel and his crew for the install, Ralph for his work when we had scratches on three windows and Jeremy and Carlos, the replacement crew that installed the new glass, Chris, Brittany and Karen in the office, you all were so courteous, professional and personable throughout the whole process.Even though we had some issues, Open Enclose made sure that we were happy with everything.If you are looking for great windows at a competitive price and a great team to work with, Open Enclose is the only stop you need to make.
I have had great experiences with Open Enclose for window (qty 13) and sliding glass door (qty 2) replacement. The crews are exceptional (tear-out & replacement, stucco and service crews)! They are friendly, professional, explain timelines, answer questions and, I especially appreciate, how they clean up the site so well after they have completed the work. Like wise with the office crew answering phones. Their communication between crews is spot on. I will definitely use Open Enclose again when the need arises.
