I see many customers have had great experiences. Unfortunately, ours was the opposite — and it involves both the Arizona Window & Door Store and Anlin (the manufacturer).
A few months ago we replaced two sliding doors separating our living room and bedroom from our sunroom. Drew came out, explained the process, and walked us through options. Up to that point, everything seemed fine.
The problems started after installation, when we noticed several items that should have been addressed immediately:
• One bedroom screen doesn’t close properly
• Both screens have poor finishing at the seams — you can literally see light coming through
• Multiple screws were left visible on the door frame with no caps/covering (our older Anlin sliders have clean screw caps, so this isn’t “normal” workmanship)
These aren’t “nitpicks.” They’re basic fit-and-finish issues on brand-new doors, and they affect function and appearance.
Before we even purchased, Drew repeatedly emphasized wanting a 5-star review, which is an odd approach when the work hasn’t been done yet. I told him plainly: earn it — fix anything that isn’t right after the installation if there are issues and I’ll gladly give you the review you want. After installation, we noticed issues that needed to be corrected. I called twice before someone (somebody from Phoenix) finally came out, confirmed the items, and said they would be addressed. After that, the communication stopped completely: no call back, no scheduled visit, no repairs. Being pressured for a 5-star review and then ignored when follow-through was required is not acceptable.I then tried going directly through Anlin. I was told I should be covered under warranty — but after five calls, I still can’t get a clear answer or a path to getting anything fixed. On top of that, I’ve also tried contacting Anlin about previously installed Anlin windows in our home (warranty transferred into my name). Their warranty department essentially stopped responding.
Now I see why it doesn't pay at all to have a company who doesn't make the sliding doors you ordered install and service your doors they didn't make. Instead of dealing with one company you are dealing with two companies and getting absolutely nowhere.
One more issue that adds to the frustration: our older Anlin sliding doors have the foot-operated lock near the bottom — practical and easy. The new doors have the lock near the top, which I can’t reach (I’m 5'6" and these doors are about 8 feet tall). The representative told me “that’s how they come now,” but it honestly makes me question whether something was installed incorrectly. I’ve included photos showing what I mean.
Bottom line: the product quality and, more importantly, the after-sale service have been deeply disappointing. The worst part is being bounced between two companies — one that sells/installs and one that manufactures — while neither actually resolves obvious problems.
In the end, this has been a classic “two companies, zero accountability” situation. I deeply regret the purchase and do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

Anyways......now you can see why this is a 1-star review.

This has been an amazing experience. Absolutely everyone i have dealt with at this company has been wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
Charles and Ron, the installers were beyond great. They did a wonderful job installing my two doors.
Jason was our first point of contact and he has taken care of us from before to after.
Brian and Ashley are very helpful as well.
And I LOVE MY NEW DOORS. They are gorgeous and done just the way we wanted them.
I highly recommend this company. I'm a firm believer in good customer service and this company has it in spades.

Had a great experience buying new windows! They are made for the desert heat. Installation went great. The guys left the area clean and did a fantastic job.

I give the Window and Door Store 10 out of 10 stars. We struggled to find a business that would only install one window for us, but this business was willing to help us out. We are very grateful. The quality of the new window exceeded my expectations. We were very pleased with the installers work as well, they were very polite and efficient. Overall very pleased with all the work. We look forward to work with The Window and Door Store again when we are ready. Thank you!!

My husband and I were in desperate need of new windows on our older home and we were fortunate enough to work with the best team at AZ Window & Door. After our initial inquiry, it was not long before being assigned to Michelle B. She truly went above and beyond to answer our questions (anytime of day I might add) and offer us the best recommendations. On install day, we were thrilled to have Brandon & Miles! These two were incredible. Our home was definitely a 3-4 person job and they absolutely blew us away when they finished in one day in this Arizona heat. Their promptness, efficiency, and overall kindness gave us peace of mind. They were a pleasure to spend the day with.
