Replacing all of the windows in our 100 year old house (in mid-February) was more than a bit stressful, but the team at NorthShield were incredible. The windows were replaced in one day, with the finishing inside and out completed on the second day. The installers (including Turat) were very skilled, careful ... and tidy! In addition, Alex clearly really cares about the team doing the best that they can, even with all of the "quirks" of an old house. Finally, the windows themselves appear to be of excellent quality. With all of the horror stories that you hear these days about homeowners being scammed or otherwise taken advantage of, it's really nice to find people you can trust. I'm happy to say that NorthShield is run by people like that.
