RIght from the beginning Bill was so helpful and not pushy at all. When he came to give us an estimate on putting in an egress window, he was very knowledgeable and outlined the procedure, showed us pictures etc. We applied for a building permit and Bill was very responsive throughout that process when we had questions or needed information for the permit.
