Bill was an excellent communicator, came out to estimate the job and walked us through all the steps of the process. The team that installed the windows were outstanding! Very professional, hard working and efficient! The entire job took less than 8 hours from start to finish even with 2ft of snow on the ground and -10C temperatures. This is the second egress window Kosta and his team have done for us. He is quick to respond and show up for a quote. He had the window ordered and installed within the month and it was a simpler cut down style egress and they were done in a day with full cleanup at a reasonable price compared to other quotes we’ve had. We are out in Northumberland County and had no issue coming out this far to do the job. The interior wall of our basement is complex and his team was able to trim it out nicely.
Kosta and team replaced 6 windows in total for us. 5 basement windows and one large window in the master bedroom. Overall they did an amazing job and the price was reasonable as well. From the start Kosta was knowledgable when he came to give us a quote and even helped us with the Canada Greener Loan process by providing great references. Once the windows were ready the team was flexible with my schedule and came in and installed the windows in a day. They left the house just as they found it and did a great job on the finishes. Would recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for any other window replacements.
