Don't hire these hacks for window repairs. Unprofessional, awful customer service from the office. I melted a small portion of my window with my bbq (dumb). Called the office to get a quote for repair if possible or replacement. Had someone come and quoted a repair and said it could fixed with a heat gun. The repair guys showed up on the scheduled date/time. I left the service guys to do the repair as I didn't want to stand over them while they worked. Was told they were done after hearing them struggle for 45 mins. Came to find that they actually now had broken the glass on my window, their excuse was that the window was installed too tight. They also said the original repair couldn't be completed as the window sash was too thick. So not only did they not fix the issue that I was told could be fixed but they also made the issue worse, After they left I found more damage to the window, they were forcing metal tools into the window and scraped and ruined the window. I emailed the office and sent pictures of all the damage....they didn't care at all and offered no resolution. I ended up calling a more reputable company in town who came and fixed the broken glass, fixed the sash and were excellent from start to finish. The 2nd company didn't use any metal tools to remove the window, used the suction cup things, had zero issues getting the panel out. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company.
I asked langen glass to build me a window screen. I was told it would be 3 days, it turned into 3 weeks. Then I see the new piece had terrible scratches in all corners of them frame. Worst vendor experience I ever had and it says alot because I never do reviews. Never again
I paid 160.00 for a repair in my window. The job was sloppy and some of the putty was not even on the window and missing a part when I got my window back. They also told me it would take about 10 days 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I'll never use them again.
Witnessed the aftermath of their work. They carelessly used the kitchen as a workplace, left everything dirty, the trim was cut too many times as if to makeshift a final piece, and the job was unfinished unless you call creating holes in the drywall and exposed caulking done.
Knowledgeable, nice staff. Very efficient and relaxed place. I had my issues solved about 10x as fast as at one of the Big Box stores, and it didn't even cost any more.Good place to go if you have old windows that need glass replaced or if you're looking for storm windows, etc. I have 100 year old house I'm renovating, and this was the only place that (a) knew what my challenges were and (b) could fix them. I've tried everywhere.
