I recently had a rear window replaced on my truck. The folks at Apple Auto Glass were fantastic to work with and had the job done in a very timely manner. They also took the time to remove all the broken glass from the interior of my truck and washed the exterior.I will definitely recommend and utilize their services in the future.
Showed up at 20 mins before close to drop off keys (which isn't great), door was locked and it looked like the office was closing but one guy was in there packing up. He walks over, looks at me, rolls up a carpet at the front and leaves. Comes back, I knock on the door and just show him my key. He walks up to the door, looks at me, grabs the next carpet and leaves. He looked out one more time from the back and ignored me again. Couldn't be bothered to say hey sorry no one's able to help you out because they left already, couldn't bother to say if there's a key drop, no customer service of any kind. Cancelled my appointment, I work in the service trade and I wouldn't treat anyone with that kind of disrespect. If that's how they start out I don't want to know how they are beyond that.
I dropped off my wife’s car yesterday without an appointment, and I believe the gentleman I spoke to was named Ted, he was sitting right at the first desk when you walk in and he was very polite and Courteous, helpful and very easy to talk to and get along with. My vehicle was ready for pick up ahead of schedule and and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service. Definitely the place I’ll go to for any of their services in the future.
Very wonderful people. I was able to walk in and have my car serviced right away for a chip repair in my windshield. Ted was very friendly at the desk. Happy I was able to get it in quickly before it got cold. Fast and inexpensive. Highly recommended.
