My condo had roll out windows with crank handles and I really needed to get them replaced before another hurricane season came up. Josh Tebbe was a wonderful sales person. He came to my home and took time to go over all options to get the right type of windows and plan for me. This was Jan 19. I was expecting to wait a few months for installation and was pleasantly surprised to have them installed Feb 26. The windows are wonderful! I no longer hear street noise and they look beautiful! The installers Manuel and his son (sorry I forgot his name) were courteous, professional, and very helpful in taking my blinds down and reinstalling them, and did a great job cleaning up. I have attached a before and after picture of one of the windows. I can't thank WeatherTite enough!
From start to finish, my experience with Weather Tite Windows was excellent - Thank You! The initial consultation with Kenny was smooth and informative, with all my questions answered clearly and professionally. Scheduling was easy, and the team arrived on time and well prepared. The installation process by Ernesto and his crew was efficient, professional, and very clean—they took great care of my home. The final result looks fantastic, and the windows have already made a noticeable difference. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Windows and new french doors look amazing and my house is so much quieter inside. The installation crew and stucco crew were awesome and communicated perfectly. Kenny Jones who started this process from Weather Tite has been helpful and available when I need something or just a question. Would recommend Weather Tite to anyone looking for new windows at a good price.
We are very happy with Weather Tight Windows and their installation crew. After looking at other “big” name companies, our decision to go with WTW was based on its reputation and service. We had 11 windows, 1door & a sliding glass door replaced in our 40 y/o house and the 2 installers, Ralphael & Rodger did an excellent job installing all the windows/doors. They were neat, clean, explained everything, and thorough. I recommend both installers to do this installation again.Addendum: I forgot to mention our fabulous sales rep, Mike Beckwith who patiently explained the process, procedure and timeframe for the installation of our windows/door. Kudos to Mike on his fine skills and explanation of the Window Tite process.
I always envisioned closing our lania in glass as opposed to the normal mesh wiring. In August I met with Brian Knierman of weather tech windows after researching various companies. Brian took at the layout of our extended lania and recommended storm door panels, which expend open for easy access and unified design look. He provided a couple of options for the PGP glass product and financing needs if desired. Upon approval from township and HOA, he arranged measurements and started the ordering process. The ordering and installation would take around three months. However, less then two months latter his companies installation department had the product ready and have installed it. While it was my envision of enclosing the lania in glass, I had no idea how beautiful the final product would look. I truly recommend this company and especially the professionalism and demeanor of Brian Knuerman. Kudos also to the installation crew, they were also true professionals.
