**UPDATE: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!**I ordered three front windows in June 2025, eagerly anticipating the transformation they would bring to my home. Unfortunately, after a 13-week wait, the installation finally took place in September 2025. However, when the salesperson returned in October 2025 to deliver the screens for these windows, I was shocked to find they were completely wrong. The salesperson promised to rectify the situation and provide the correct screens.After countless frustrating calls with customer service, I received an email in January 2026 stating that they couldn’t reach me by phone and would resort to email instead. (Just so you know, I am retired and at home nearly all the time!) I promptly replied and was given a new delivery date of February 20, 2026, for the installation of my screens. It took a staggering six weeks simply to establish an appointment.But here’s where it gets truly unbelievable! Today was the long-awaited day for my screens to be installed, only to have the same incorrect screens delivered again—the very ones already on my windows! I am at my wits' end and feel utterly helpless. It seems they have my money, and I am left in a lurch. Please, learn from my experience and steer clear of this company!After using New South Windows back in 2023, we purchased more windows for our house back in July of this year. Just had our final county inspection a couple of weeks ago. Now we are waiting on New South Windows to come back out and finish putting the windows together for us. We are also waiting on the correct screens for our windows (saleperson, order the wrong screens). I have a list of messages I have left for customer service and tried reaching out to customer service per text messages. I guess once they have all your money, you are no longer a customer! Very upsetting.After successfully using New South Windows in 2023, we confidently decided to purchase additional windows for our home in July. We recently completed our final county inspection and are eagerly awaiting New South Windows' return to finalize the assembly of our windows. We're also expecting the correct screens, as the salesperson mistakenly ordered the wrong ones.I have proactively left multiple messages for customer service and have reached out via text. It’s disappointing to feel that after receiving our payment, we are no longer prioritized as customers. I had previously used New South Windows in 2024 for replacement hurricane impact windows and was very pleased with the windows and service we received during this process. So when I needed a hurricane impact slider and hurricane impact double front door I called them again and I am so happy that I did. I again worked with Julian Klutz for the purchase and Bobby Yerks for the installation. Both Julian and Bobby were extremely responsive and professional during this process. I would highly recommend New South Windows for your window and door purchases.
I called New South Window Solutions after having used them for an installation for a set of windows back in 2023. Their products are of the highest quality, the install team did an amazing job - super professional and really took their time to make sure that everything was sealed up water tight. My sales rep, Chad Kerrick was great to work with - knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process easy. I’m moving forward with the second phase, because I’m that happy with the results. I do love the design of my windows from the first phase.
Chris did a great job replacing the interior trim on the back door and adding exterior trim to seal the screw heads and improve the appearance. The finished look is significantly better than after the initial installation. I wasn't told during the purchase that new trim isn't usually part of the installation. Had I known, I would have been happy to add it to the work order so it would look nice from day 1.Photos attached are before and after. Very pleased with the final results.
