We were referred by our friend Brian Drucker who had windows installed by ARMORVUE.So we called and made an appointment and they were able to come out that evening. Our sales representative Nicole Archer was amazing, she really knows her business and has amazing personality and also had enormous knowledge about MySafeFlorida grants. Everything went so smoothly with our initial meeting and our contract signing, now we obviously have a few weeks to wait until our Windows are installed and I will update how that goes once all is completed. But I can say if you're looking for someone to do your windows and you need help and information I can say you will definitely get that from ARMORVUE's consultation!!!Have a blessed day!
The company's representative Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about Florida windows. She was thorough in answering our questions without high pressure techniques. Her honest and passion for helping home owners understand and find answers to their unique needs was a real winner for us. The price and product was our decision for going with Armorvue. We felt extremely comfortable with our decisions after gathering pertinent knowledge from Nicole's presentation. We are looking forward with confidence to our new windows and enclosed balcony. Please use this company when gathering quotes for new window replacement and projects.
BLUF: sale and install were quick but problems with install and damages done (to home and equipment) still incomplete with poor communication and follow up. (Purchased sliding doors (3 panel) and front door)Update (12/08): Issues were corrected expeditiously and very well. It just sucks it took so long from time of install to completion, roughly 5 months, and a lot of back and forth. If they get the tracking and follow up down, I’d give them 5 stars. The product is fantastic, love the doors.Update (8/26): Bryan came out to see issues and input immediately for my issues and in laws. Discussed issues and apologies during transition and communication issues. The sale: I scheduled an estimate in February. Sales rep came out and gave estimate. Was friendly and informative. Now hear he is no longer with company.Install: Tech came out to do true measurements and doors were ordered. Permitting was complete and doors came in early. The crew that came to install our sliders and front door were efficient. Took them the whole day but they completed work with a few damage issues. They burnt a hole in my LVP and still awaiting for company to put in writing the fix and they damaged some door trim but guy went and bought new piece and installed. Guys were clean a courteous. This was MARCH/APRIL 2025Inspection: inspection was complete and here is where issues start. Inspection went well and company said they’d be out to look at damage I mentioned as well as install caps and covers on doors. Who they sent out was someone to look at damage but not out caps on. Also, at this time noticed the top runner of sliders were cut short and could see 3” of daylight out the top of sliders (see daylight and of course hot air pouring in).May: After contacting company A new guy calls and requests to come see damage and says he will send crew out next day between 11-1. This crew calls at 1 saying it’ll be there at 2…. No go I had newborn and had things to do and planned on time given. Then someone came out to once again inspect issues.June: another month by, and finally have have new header and someone to come install. Big project and a team of 1 comes to do. During install, he hit aluminum corner piece of drywall and attempted to cover up with caulk. Had i not seen, it never would’ve been mentioned.July: tech sent out to repair wall and install caps and covers on doors. Was shown notes (for wall and floor still) and that office would call to schedule next appt to finish the wall (had to mud and feather out).August 17: no contact still as it seems the only way to get anything done with this company is me having to call to have jobs completed.Rose (CSA) has been pleasant polite and informative. The crews that have come out to work are friendly. But somewhere in this process the follow up professionalism is lacking and frustrating as someone who works full time and is a new dad.
I requested an estimate from Armorvueon 7-5-25 and was set up for the following Monday. My window guru Joe Peck arrived on time. That’s always a good start!Joe asked questions about my project and took me through all my options with a good common sense approach. I had had a few other quotes and was amazed by how little information I had really received from the other sales agents. Why? Because Joe had so much knowledge of windows and their construction, installation. but all the steps that would make my project be a smooth one. I appreciated his expertise in answering my concerns about the differences in competing windows . Joe knew his stuff . I made a purchase of Hurricane impact windows for my townhome in largo. And definitely feelI have not only picked the right window company but also the right man to see it through. Gavin Pope largo fl10-29-2025My Windows were installed today. And I am very happy with my installerJose Ortiz and his fantastic helper. The windows look great ! The Guys did a great job from start to finish!
This review is long overdue and deserved. I had a total of 7 quotes. It has now been close to a year and the Cat 5 impact French door that I purchased has held up through 2 hurricanes and still looks as good as the day it was installed. The design consultant Nicole was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in doors as well as windows. She was respectful of my time and was not pushy which is a bonus. She took her time to help me find the right door which actually came in under budget. She truly went above and beyond. Kudos to ArmorVue for having such good employees. The install went just as she described it would. The install team did a great job of being respectful to my home and cleaning up after themselves.I highly recommend and encourage considering ArmorVue and Nicole the design consultant to anyone looking for impact windows and doors.Thank you Armorvue!
