Actually 3.5 stars because he did a 5 star job, but didn't vacuum up little pieces of glass and not sure if the mirror got installed with safety lining. I asked for this in a text, that he responded to, so that's on record. But the place was a real mess when he arrived and he didn't say a thing, and was genuinely polite. I think I should have shopped around for prices, as I just needed to wait; other contractors will call you back after their current job. Very satisfied with the work, but still not impressed due to price. But he did offer to vacuum after this review, so he does make things right

They were the first ones to come out and give an estimate. They were there lowest cost by over 50% plus! They were the quickest to replace the window. Did it within a few days. Other companies told me 4-6 weeks! They set up pylons on the sidewalk fire safety and cleaned up their mess while working quickly. Awesome! I just hope I find have to use them again... If you know what I mean!
100% recommend. We had a large window that cracked and a second window in the bedroom with a leaky seal (foggy). We texted 24/7 Glass and sam helped us with same day quotes. Sam is punctual, responsive and professional. They replaced our windows in less than a week. This is probably the most pleasant and painless experience we have had related to home improvement to our home. Really appreciate his work and recommend him for sure
Sam did an emergency glass repair for us today - on a Saturday he came to inpect & measure, then came back to install our glass within a couple hours. Very quick and effecient I would call him again. We had a new window all within 5 hours from when our window broke.
