Steve gave us a very informative and personalized presentation, walking us through the different window options and helping us choose the ones that would look best for our specific area. Throughout the project, our project manager Brian kept us well informed at every step and helped us quickly and efficiently resolve a small issue that came up, which we really appreciated. The installation team—Sean, Ryan, and Noah—did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and very respectful of our home, and the work was completed quickly with great attention to detail. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the process and the final result, and we highly recommend Window Depot.
My first positive experience was in choosing the product for my home. The salesman was sensitive to offering the right product for the home style and value, and not try to sell me more than I needed.The second positive experience was when the installers arrived, and put runners down first thing to protect my floor. That was a great indication of their ethic and desire to make a good impression by ensuring they don’t cause any damage.When they removed the original walk-out slider, they found extensive water damage and they were unable to go any further. They did extra work to expose the extent of the damage, and even assess the cause of the damage. They went so far as to work with the home office to locate a contractor to expedite repairs so they could proceed. It took a couple days, but the repairs were made and the doors were installed beautifully. There was a need for them to return a couple times as my contractor was completing the repairs, and they never complained. The production manager even came to help because some of the installers were scheduled to other jobs.The product itself is very nice, a major upgrade, and is not only much quieter, but landed us a tax credit for the energy efficiency rating.I’ll be calling Window Depot anytime I need anything they can provide!
We ordered our replacement windows and sliding patio door from Window Depot and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our Product Consultant, Dominic, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of our window and door options. He provided a detailed breakdown, and helped us choose the best fit for our home.On installation day, the install team - Sean, Brooks, Ryan, and Noah arrived early and immediately explained the installation process before getting to work. They were professional, clean, and efficient, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
We purchased a front and back door from Window Depot, and everyone we dealt with at the Company was very nice and conscientious, from the sales person to the Customer Service team to and including the Installation Team. If you can believe it, the Installation Team managed to remove and install both the doors simultaneously and you hardly knew they were there. Ryan, Sean, Chris & Brooks made friends with the dogs and while doing everything they had to do, they also installed the lock sets we had purchased separately. Never once did they complain or be anything but courteous and considerate of invading our home. Additionally, they did an excellent job of giving our home a great makeover! We’re very satisfied customers. Thank you Window Depot!
