I wanted to recommend STL Windows Direct because of the white glove service and quality they provided us with our door replacement. We had a broken door and it was letting a lot of air and water through and was not shutting properly. One of the owners of this family business, Cheryl came to our home right away and gave us our options. We ended up going with a ProVia sliding door and are very happy with our decision. It’s a high quality door and was a huge improvement from our French doors we had prior that were leaking! The install went great and when they were finished they cleaned up everything nicely! Workingwith Cheryl was a breath of fresh air!

My experience was amazing! Rob was very knowledgeable and really worked with me to find a price and style that worked. The windows came in sooner than I expected and they were ready to install them right away. Hannah did the installation in a day and they are beautiful! I wouldn't even be able to tell she had done any work if it weren’t for the new windows. She cleaned them and vacuumed and left my space looking really nice. The windows are incredible. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be using them in the future.
