Visiting home from out of province, picked up the Beamer for our next 5 hour jaunt and noticed the reverse mirror had detached in the summer heat. My boyfriend stops into Capital Glass Experts minutes before closing time and these folks went out of their way to give him a hand before our long drive.That's excellent customer services right there, top tier.Very notable and so appreciated.
Called their "725-CHIP" number as advertised on their van and received the lovely response of "this isn’t the number for that, you have to call our office but I don’t have that number so you have to Google it" and then click....hung up.Ill be happy to take my business elsewhere if this is how they answer customer service calls.
Quality service - booked 2 days in advance, dropped car off at 8am and it was ready by 3pm. Availed of their shuttle service in both directions, and the new windshield looks great!
This weekend past I had my car breakdown and towed to a garage and was given nothing but bad news. I missed a couple days of work and was really stressed. After contacting capital they helped get me back on track. I spoke to several people over there and they were all very pleasant. Thanks for the new vehicle. Very pleased. Hopefully I wont be back for a few years though haha.
