I can't believe I'm writing a review of this company 15 years after installation but today my confidence in them was validated once again! After an attempted break-in one of our Milgard sliding windows seemed to have a frame in questionable shape. I reached out to Michan & company who responded immediately and walked me through all the steps to secure the window as well as what to do to ensure it doesn't happen again. They even offered to come out right away to make sure we were safe. This is an amazing local company run by a caring person, I wish I needed more windows so I could give them more business, but hopefully this will inspire others to become clients!
We had a fantastic experience! Michan was wonderful with working with us to get both windows for an affordable price and also looked good too. We were on a budget and they certainly worked with us. During installation the team was great as well. When a decision point came up they were always knowledgeable and provided their suggestion, which we went with every time. 16 windows took only 2 days to install and our house is no longer breezy, we can now also turn on the heat and not heat the outside as well. We highly recommend them!
Michan helped us transform a garage into a beautiful, light-filled rec room.
