Had 13 windows and the glass of a door replaced. Great experience so far. Quote, scheduling and financing were easy/simple, team was responsive and answered any questions or requests pretty quickly, installers arrived and finished on time each day. One of the installers, Jack, completed 4 of the windows by himself on one of the days. Solid work.The installation method was solid: Nailing fins on the new windows, flashing tape under the bottom, metal flashing over the top where the windows weren't protected by soffits, good caulking behind fins and after trim was installed.Most impressive for me, was they were immaculately clean. They put cloth floor mats down anywhere they were going to step foot, and put plastic up to cover anything that could get dirty, and then cleaned the windows and vacuumed after they were done.All around very easy process, solid work, no delays, can't ask for much more ????
We received several quotes for window replacement and we selected Soundview. They had replaced some windows at our previous house and did a great job. We had 12 old windows replaced in our 1940 home. They replaced all of them in a day. There are a couple small items for them to follow-up to fix, like a torn window screen but they did a great job and I highly recommend them.
Anthony installed a massive custom slider from Soundview doors and windows. He did an excellent job, on time, attention to detail, kept the job site clean and I barely knew he was at the house for 2 days!! Extremely happy with the whole process! Thank you!
