We have worked with Soundview for both doors and windows in our home. This review is specifically for the windows. We had about 10 windows installed, the team was great to work with and very communicative.For the installation, we worked heavily with Oliver. He did a fantastic job installing the windows, talking us through each step and making sure all components were as great of a fit in our 100 year home as possible. In particular, I appreciative he proactively surveyed the windows and was honest where he noticed areas that they couldImprove the quality and took the time to redo the work as needed, and working quickly. I would recommend Soundview and especially Oliver for window install.My experience with Soundview has been one of high quality work, good communication, and willingness to take the time to make improvements if you notice any issues as they work.

We replaced six windows and our front door in our 1920s home. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them. From the sales, to admin and the installer, we were very pleased. One big selling point was they installed custom made inserts so all interior trim was untouched. Just the window in a frame is new. It’s not as lasting as some types out there and required us to paint and stain them. Best choice for us and a good price.
We had a 72 x 24 picture window replaced with a larger 72x72 sliding window. Dan at Sound View coordinated everything and was always incredibly responsive. Simon & Travis who came to install the window did a wonderful job. They arrived in the morning and before lunch the old window was removed, the large opening was cut, framing was done, and the new window was mounted in place. After lunch they completed the install, sealing, exterior trim, weatherproofing, etc. They had completed the entire job (including clean up) by the end of the working day. They were extremely friendly, professional, and considerate. Simon even provided help and tips on finishing the interior (paint / caulk, etc). We are extremely happy with the new window and the service they provided. We would absolutely use them again for any future work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
