Window Seal West in Saskatoon was a real pleasure to deal with. They were very prompt in response to our request for an estimate on replacement of a bay window on our 30+ year old home. Adam was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the technology of energy efficient windows, and the timeline and processes involved. His quote came quickly after we had made our decisions, and the windows were ready for installation ahead of schedule. The installation took about 5 hours for the 2 man team and when they were done they cleaned up the yard like they'd never been there. These windows are beautiful and functional and greatly enhance our "sidewalk appeal". We just could not be happier with their service and the product they sell. Installers were polite and friendly.After installation they cleaned up professionally and took old windows and doors away. We replaced our old windows with Window Seal West during "Free triple-pane window update".We worked with Michael and Alex who were professional and we were extremely satisfied with service they provided. Alex and Adam worked to install our windows over 2 days period. They took time to answer all our questions and communicated well through the process. The quality of their work is evident and we were extremely pleased with the finished windows. Initially we questioned whether it was necessary to replace our windows. I can now say that it was definitely worth it. It made a tremendous difference in the amount of light our home gets and also in our house temperature. Our old windows had a constant draft coming from them during winter. We no longer have any sort of draft and as a result our home is much more comfortable. They cleaned up their work areas extremely well and when they left it was as if they were never there. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. Installers were extremely professional and we could not be happier with the service they provided.
