Jim did not try to upsell us, which we truly appreciated because we were only getting five windows. When the windows were installed, the crew was friendly, respectful of our home, and worked quickly. The office manager (Doreen) has been great as well. We will definitely use them again when we replace the rest of the windows in our house.
