We had them do our windows and back sliding door so then we had them do our siding. Ingemar came back and gave us the estimate for the siding, again no pressure. We had the pleasure of working with Ana Garcia who was our siding project manager and she was on top of everything we needed and even if we changed our minds on a certain color she was always professional. She was always attentive to our needs and would come by our house to check on the progress of the work everyday. She was very personable and easy to work with and went above and beyond. Gerry Aguilar and his crew were always professional and courteous to us when we would show up, they were always here early. Every last detail Gerry and his crew took care of. The entire process was so positive! From saleswoman Hilary to the gentleman who measured all 19 windows in a 1920 Bungalow.The installation team was exceptional! Had all the original 1920 sash cord & weight windows removed in 4.5 hours! New windows in place same day. Next day was caulking and trimwork.I restored my home in 2017 and that work was excellent. Window World’s installation team were equally exceptional and I am ecstatically happy with my new windows! Living next to downtown, I can no longer hear IH-10 traffic, airplanes, sirens or neighborhood fireworks ;) Thanks to Window World for a wonderful experience.

They were extremely professional, courteous, and worked nonstop until they completed the job. As an executive of a construction company I must say that I was very impressed with the impeccable quality of the work, attention to detail and cleanliness of the area after job completion. We love our new windows and doors. Max Seifert and his team were wonderful. They included some extra touches that weren’t part of the install, but were deemed by them as necessary. Much appreciated.
