Alex and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our 13 windows. It was all done within a day. The windows are very impressive. They were very respectful of our property and left everything clean. Even replaced the blinds!! I would highly recommend Window Source!! Excellent job!!! ??
I’ve waited 4 years to hear back from someone in the office and to this day NOTHING!! We have had our windows installed twice because the product Moses is promoting was of horrible quality. Per my request, a representative from the manufacturer came to my home to resolve the issue of drafty windows. But to no avail, her response was that the government has certain specifications for windows and the amount of air the windows are legally acceptable. All of my windows allowed so much air in that they would whistle and it hot so cold in the winter the rooms required additional heating via space heaters or they use of heating blankets. Additionally ,I have a broken window in my master bathroom and that window does not even open correctly since it was installed. (Still waiting on a call about the initial issue) This company is horrible!! DO NOT do business with them. It is ALWAYS excuse after excuse and NEVER a resolution. All the while we paid CASH for a product that is of very poor quality, with company workmanship and customer following right behind product quality. My complaint to the BBB AND the office of the Attorney General consumer complaint division have been submitted. Shame on you!!!!The BBB review, the numerous visits speak for themselves as well as the negative feedback from YOUR employees about your QUALITY PRODUCT!
Mike and his crew kept me up to date on the status of my windows during the manufacturing phase.. Once they were in, the installation was quick and painless. They were efficient and cleaned up very well after the job was done. I would highly recommend window source to anyone looking to replace some of their windows. A little side note, opt for the triple pane blue glass. It is not very much more expensive and look so much better.
