They were great! Tag and Gian were very friendly and helpful. They worked fast and got the windows in quicker than we thought they would, especially because they had to work around the old wood paneling. We were particularly happy they came all the way up to Logan to install. We had new windows put into our church, they weren't the typical ones,but Window World did a great job. Nefi and his team of 3 other workers couldn't have been better to work with, did an outstanding job and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend them as a great team to put your windows in, they are an asset to their company!

We've been working with Window World for many years now because we couldn't afford to replace all the windows in our house all at the same time, even though Window World's prices were less expensive than ANY of their competitors that we investigated. Over the decades we have done business we have now, finally this year 2025, have replaced all but our bay windows in our house through Window World and have only had 1 window's 1-side that needed replaced since the very start! With that one, they were very professional, took our information, measurements so they could find the right window in their records and replaced it with NO QUESTIONS or problems AT ALL! The Lifetime Warranty is REAL, and they do and just DID a GREAT job! Our windows look wonderful, our house looks renewed, and it was all within budget AND we have peace of mind that they are all under their ironclad Lifetime Warranty! We won't go anywhere else for our window replacement needs.
