I contacted them 75 days ago for service and they mentioned that I would be two months out. I have messaged them a few times and no reply. Off to the next window company.
I called several window companies in the Salt Lake area to get quotes for a new construction project and Salt Lake Window Company was the only one to answer on the first call.Rick, the owner emailed me back with a quote the next day and said they could have the windows delivered within 3 weeks.I waited a few more days to get a couple other quotes to compare and all the other companies were not only more expensive, but were looking at 6-12 weeks to ship. Needless to say I ended up choosing Salt Lake Window Company and couldn't be happier with how my windows turned out! I highly recommend them.
