We are very happy with our new windows and sliding door! They are beautiful inside and out. All but one look like picture windows. Colin and Sawer made a great team. They were professional, efficient, friendly, respectful and committed to an excellent installation. They left our home and yard very clean. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy these products. There were so many different ways to think about our replacement windows. But after learning about this 120 year old company, how the windows are made and the truly lifetime warranty, there was only one choice for us. Renewal by Anderson is the representation of what integrity in any business should strive for . One of the important factors to us was Anderson uses their very own installers. This means no finger pointing back and forth between the manufacturer and installation team should anything fail. From the moment Sawyer and Collin showed up we realized that our blessings were being multiplied. Again ! Professional, friendly and efficient ! Even our scardy-cats loved them ! If I ran a business I would be tempted to recruit them both ! We can't thank Renewal by Anderson or Collin and Sawyer enough ! To be clear, this is only my 5th ever review. Justin, Chris, & Brandon are the best!! They installed two windows for us & were so kind and professional. They even left the place cleaner than they found it!! They even found a baby squirrel / chipmunk during install and were so kindly concerned about it & caring. I would love have these three back again to do work.
