Oh, this is an easy review to write! Today Milgard honorably replaced my living room double pane picture window that was vandalized in December, here in Central California. An angry young man threw a rock that fortunately broke only the outer pane and ricocheted back into my driveway, not shattering the (strong) inner pane. I purchased double pane windows and sliders for my entire home in 2010 and the warranty proved worthy. Communication with Wendy in Southern California to take remote photos and make the appointment was quick and simple. Ensuing emails and texts were sent informing me when technicians would be arriving. I was given a date and then two days prior I was given a two hour window, with a phone call 10 minutes in advance. Jesus and Juan could not have been more professional and polite, carrying the window up a flight of stairs! One was a 33 year Milgard veteran and the other one year employee. They worked rapidly, and even helped me clean the sliders on the bottom. They left no trace except a new complete window! I was happy to offer them chairs to sit in my driveway and enjoy their lunch afterward so they didn't have to sit in the shiny new red Milgard truck. I even baked dessert for them! It was a mutually happy, successful, and much appreciated day!

So great! Anthony came early and fixed my window in about 10 minutes. I only had one that was super smudged, it looked like someone put their sandy hand prints on it. Weird, right? I can finally see out of it, as it is clear without smudges. I love this company and their warranty service!
It’s not everyday that you get companies that stand behind their product. I originally had Brothers window install/replace all my windows man years ago. Fast forward to this year we noticed two of the panes (out of over 80 panes) have a white haze and we reached out. Tom our sales rep verified the pane should be replaced and submitted a warranty. A few weeks ago Milgaard sent out a rep to measure and today the crew with Lalo replaced the panes. You can’t even tell it was repaired. It looks perfect. I highly recommend Milgaard and Brothers Windows
