When the crew opened things up, we found some dry rot in the framing underneath the old siding, which explained a lot of the issues I’d been dealing with. Andrey handled the dry rot repair and did a really solid job fixing the damaged framing. What I appreciated was that Best Exteriors was very fair with the pricing for the extra work. It wasn’t something anyone wants to discover during a project, but they were straightforward about it and didn’t try to overcharge. Even with the dry rot repair, the project didn’t get delayed. The team stayed on schedule and still finished the house quickly. The whole crew worked efficiently and kept things moving without cutting corners. In the end the house looks great, everything feels solid again, and it’s a huge relief knowing the underlying issues were properly fixed. Overall a very positive experience.
Eric came to our house and was very patient answering all our many questions and made the purchase of the Windows comfortable. When it came time for the install,They showed up on time removed the old windows without any issues. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure the windows were beautiful and waterproof. They even brought their own machine to custom bend aluminum flashing to make sure the windows were water tight. They did an exceptional job with cleanup after They were done. We definitely Will recommend to family and friends and anyone who needs windows.
Best is the best! The crew arrived early on a Monday morning in January to install fiber cement siding on our house and by the following week on Thursday (9 working days), they were finished. We have never had experience with a crew that works so fast and diligently. Some trim painting needed doing and rather than just leaving us to take care of that after completion, Best gave us a reasonable quote and did it for us. No corners were cut and the finished product looks absolutely fantastic! Street noise has been cut down significantly and the house is noticeably warmer inside. The windows look great, but the biggest thing for me was their warranty. I read through the fine print and they really stand behind their stuff. It’s a huge relief knowing if something goes sideways down the road, I’m not gonna get ghosted.If you’re looking to get your windows done and don’t want to deal with a bunch of corporate BS, just call these guys. They’re solid.
