They were kind enough to supply and do the service calls to the Island even though that are lower mainland based.Ahmed and Sufyan came prepared and with a great attitude to complete the final adjustments and install all of the hardware.The European Tilt and Turn windows have not often been seen on the Island and we have received many compliments on the aesthetic.
My folding door is an old-fashioned type, and it wasn't closing properly. Open Window sent Ahmed to fix it. He was very meticulous, patient, and thorough. Although it was an old-fashioned door, he was very experienced and did an excellent job .Highly recommended.
