We are disappointed with Ecoline’s sliding windows as they had very noticeable gaps in the top and bottom tracks (see photographs). The service department in Calgary advised us that this is how they are designed and all their sliding windows are the same. The project manager, Yaroslav, said we should have realised that this is what they would look like as he had shown us a sample window.Yes, he showed us a small window but we do not recall these gaps. Anyways, Ecoline modified the top tracks to make the gaps at the top a little less obvious, but it is still not a great look.In addition, the installers damaged three of our external window frames and left without telling us. We did not notice the damage until the following day; it has now been repaired by Ecoline.The windows are triple glazed and very solid so it is a shame that these unsightly gaps detract from the overall appearance on the inside.
Every member of staff I interacted with was kind and prompt. Installation was on time, efficient, and cleaned up nicely when they left! We had our window enlarged and it looks beautiful. I would use them to replace future windows in the future and recommend them to friends or family.

They were very responsive and professional.We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure the installation was completed properly while also giving care and attention to our home to ensure the result was aesthetically pleasing.A job well done. Vlad the salesman was professional, took the time to answer all our questions about differences in windows and financing. He went above and beyond with no pressure to buy. We decided 3 pane and quality windows were what we wanted. Anatoly and his partner installed the windows. They were skilled, efficient, courteous and showed us how the windows worked. ( they were fancy windows that open up for ease of cleaning). I highly recommend this company and the staff.
I am very pleased with my windows! The fellows were great and cleaned up when they were finished. They were very polite.My neighbors used different companies so they could get the rebate and their windows are not nice looking at all. Mine are so much nicer looking. So thank you all once again.Vikki
