We had all our windows and doors replaced by Ecoline Windows and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Alesia, our project manager, was excellent to work with—clear communication, organized, and always quick to respond. Max and his two helpers (didn't catch their names) did an outstanding job with the installation. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The finished result looks fantastic, and we’re thrilled with the quality of the workmanship. Highly recommend Ecoline Windows, Alesia, and Max for anyone considering new windows!
Our journey with EcoLine windows has now concluded and we could not be happier. Max and his crew of 2 were fast efficient clean respectful and their workmanship was impeccable. We had full frame replacements done to our stuccoed exterior home. The care they took to minimize mess and upset within our home was exceptional. The first 13 windows were installed in the first day and on the second the finishing touches of caulking inside and out as well as interior trim replacement. The final window was just done and again Max and his crew rebuilt the wall inside and out for the smaller window replacement. Considering the scope of the install it was though they had never been here. My worries about replacing our windows because of the stucco finish was completely neutralized by the professional and talented work of Max and the crew. The cleanup at the end even included cleaning all the windows inside and out. I'll admit to having concerns at the outset but the installation was flawless.
The installation was horrendous. The installers would not accept my offer to get them new wood for the trim. Not only was installation and workmanship poor, when I attempted to contact the co. I was given the run around. I got many emails from different employees for requesting money and got the run around to my request for an appointment to come and review the work done. Amazing Experience with Ecoline windows!From old to New!Our experience could not have been better 10/10.From the quote with Alesia (recommended for high sun exposed windows the sun shade film & frosted garage windows) to the Installation with Max and Slas!The window are excellent quality and the professionalism of the team is top notch.Installation was on the exact day we required it (due to new countertops). They did the install in 1.5 day (13 window and patio doors) the windows fit perfectly! The install team came in with mats to walk on, cleaned up behind themselves and left our home clean and with beautiful new windows!We would 100% recommend Ecoline windows for your home!Thx Bob & Kristy
