The windows are made with good design and materials.The sales representative and installation services are generally good, although sometimes the response is slow and not time punctually, may be due to their busy, otherwise, they are friendly and knowlegeable and reliable.
2023-05-09 updating my previous review on ECOLINE WINDOWS!!!!!Hi Oscar,Thank you for reaching out to me AGAIN regarding the appointment for window installation that would have finished this past Saturday had your installation crew been given the correct window for their job...it's just one picture window....plain and simple!!!!I responded to your text message with a phone call earlier this afternoon right after I had read it, but your automatic answering device gave me an expected wait time of 60 minutes. No, it wasn't a typo....indeed, a 60-minute wait!!!!The fact of the matter is there is a flaw in the Ecoline system if you had to ask your customers to wait in line for that length of time.This window installation is long overdue, FAR TOO LONG. If your crew had supplied the correct window even as late as this past Saturday, we would not have had this conversation.Vlad, your lead installer confirmed to me that he would install the window this Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 10 am after he had returned to the warehouse to locate the correctly sized window. And, I agreed with my response to him on the phone. Then, Ecoline should make it happen by confirming the appointment by email to me.Instead, Ecoline had to cause this running around, loop upon loop, to re-organize it by a phone call, text messaging and all that jazz that I had to have to wait on the phone line for 60 minutes!!!!!This coming June 26 will be the SECOND anniversary of this nonsense...A window contract unfulfilled by ECOLINE WINDOWS.Just think how RIDICULOUS this entire episode is!
