I could not be happier with our decision to use Window Depot of Raleigh. We did our due diligence prior and scheduled multiple visits with multiple companies and got multiple estimates. The first company is nationally renowned and we were so appalled by the comments and behavior of the rep, that I almost chose to put the project entirely on hold. While the second company had good ratings and comparable pricing we immediately felt more comfortable with our interaction with Ben Hyten (the rep that we worked with at Window Depot) which was even preceded by an also great interaction on the phone with Maggie, who heard me rant for 10min as to why I wasn't willing to have someone giving me a sales pitch after the fiasco with the other company.Ben was respectful, knowledgeable, the appointment was longer than we had anticipated but it didn't feel intrusive or like wasted time. His measurements were done properly and he communicated promptly when I had questions and budget adjustments.We were told it would be about 6wks from signing the contract to window delivery and install and my absolute favorite thing is when a company under promises only to over deliver. They set up the expectation and within 3 weeks I received a call from Peter (who has the best accent and is the most personable human I've ever been on a call with) to schedule install which happen to fall on THE coldest and most inclement weather of the year. I feared with an ice storm and a forecasted subsequent snow storm that it would be rescheduled yet a crew of 3 smiling, respectful, ridiculously hardworking members showed up at my door promptly and ready to "get us taken care of before the snow and worse winds arrive"The wind was so bad it kept blowing the materials, it was awful cold outside and even with ice sitting still on my deck they got in and didnt leave until every little detailed was completed. Enrique's crew was a delight and just exceptional. I'm SO thankful that in contrast with the initial experience with the very well known company, we chose a local company that clearly values respect, decorum, hard work and diversity. 10/10 recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with Window Depot. Everybody involved in the project was wonderful: the initial consultant, the measuring expert, the scheduler, the installers, and the project reviewer. The new windows are beautiful, clean, and easy to operate. Installation took one day, and the installers were friendly and quick. Their price was fair, and their work was excellent. We will definitely work with Window Depot again on future House projects. Thanks so much to everyone involved.
I met with several different window companies over a one year period. I had to replace all of the windows in my home. To begin with, I was very pleased with the thorough and transparent presentation my sales person, Sean, made. Window Depot is a faith based company and it shows. He understood this was a big investment and gave me the time and space to make my decision. Sean kindly arranged a call for me and Jobe, one of the owners. Jobe shared the foundation of their business, the company focus, and what makes them different. Just speaking with Jobe and hearing the sincerity in his tone gave me confidence to know that they work to earn their business and they truly value their customers.After excitedly signing the contract, the time leading up to installation was as promised. On installation day, two teams of installers arrived and got to work. They were very friendly, professional, and left my home exactly the way I found it. This was a blessing as I am a bit “OCD” so I was a little worried about that. ??After installation, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Laura. Laura is truly a blessing and a wonderful representative of Window Depot. She and Jobe came by to deliver a thank you gift and ensure we were happy and pleased with the service. This was such a nice gesture.I recommend using Window Depot as it’s apparent that they understand the importance of serving God by serving others. They understand the value in treating people right and doing a great job.Thank you for making this project a no-stress, successful one.
Window Depot of Raleigh did a great job with our front door. Stress-free process from beginning to end. We appreciate that the sales person came out to our house and took the time to talk us through our options for our custom door and even discussed ways to save some money. Our one hiccup was that the team re-installed our original storm door and it was misaligned some (or the latch was misaligned), therefore, it would not stay closed. We alerted the installment team (they reached out to us promptly after the installment to ensure our satisfaction) and they gladly came back and fixed it for us. Everything works perfect now. We felt the service and the quality of the door was worth the price tag. This door definitely adds value to our home!
