We were very pleased with the overall experience. The sales visit (David B) was pleasant with no high pressure sales gimmicks. He presented their product and gave us the necessary information that we could use when comparing with other products. We had follow up questions to which he responded with answers in a timely matter. After visiting the showroom to see a full sized window, we decided to make some changes and David B updated the initial quote as asked.

After we made the down payment, the staff reached out a couple of times to let us know that the order was progressing and that we could contact them if we had any further questions.

Our installation was handled by Dan. Surprisingly, we hardly even knew he was around. There were a couple of times where I went looking for him because he was so quiet. Sure, there was some banging as he was fitting the new windows into the openings, but other than that, very little noise. Also, the time that there wasn't a window in place was minimal, which was nice since it was winter and quite cold outside. Dan also did a great job cleaning up.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. On the front end, Bill did a wonderful job on helping us customizer our new door and share options we had not thought of. Great updates along the way on our door's production. Harold and Andrew finished things out with exceptional workmanship on the installation. A great experience, start to finish.

We recently had our house windows replaced by Kelly Window and Door. Cruz and Alex were the installers and Armando was the trim painter. Overall they did a great job and we are very happy with the final results. They did a great job setting expectations, meeting timelines, and installing the windows from beginning to end. The team was professional and personable. They were efficient and always kept the work areas clean throughout the project. We noticed our rooms being less drafty once the new windows were installed. I would definitely use Kelly Window and Door again for a similar project.

This is our second project with Kelly, this time replacing the back door and all windows in the back of the house.
We returned to Kelly for their professionalism, quality and thoroughness. Once again we received wonderful advice from Bill Kramer during the sales process. Bill made recommendations about what might look best. We trusted him previously with the front door so put our faith in him again. So glad we did!
When Cruz and team got done putting in the two huge picture windows in our Living room and kitchen replacing banks of smaller windows it was like something out of a dream.
Cruz and the installation team were incredibly professional. This was a five day installation They let us know at the end of each day what they would be working on when they returned. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were incredibly respectful of our home. My husband and I both work for home and the team worked around us with minimal interruption. They worked with us to review the project and finished it to our complete satisfaction. They also made touch ups to the previous installation.
Kelly is higher priced but worth every penny. They are good to their word and stand behind their work.

Our home is 47 years old, and the windows were all original. That of course meant lots of air leakage and zero efficiency.
We had been hounded for about two years from various window replacement companies with the "good, better, best" pitch along with the 6 week yard sign etc.
A neighbor of ours had recently replaced a number of their windows using Kelly Window and Door, so we reached out to them. Bill Cramer came out went through the review, what we could expect, procedures, and cost.
After a couple of days of debating we decided to replace all of our windows and doors.
The process was really good and much smoother than I honestly expected (except the wood rot under one door which was addressed quickly and professionally). Door installation by Gabriel's crew was very good. There was one hiccup, an ordered door had the wrong swing on it and had to be reordered.
The window installation was nothing short of amazing, made so by Cruz and Alex. These guys are a well-oiled team that really demonstrated what professional installers should be.
Two days to replace 23 windows and all the various details. Left everything completely clean to the point you would not have known they were here.
Exceptionally happy with Kelly Window and Door. They are pricey, but this is absolutely one of those things that you get what you pay for. With all of the included lifetime support, it's very reassuring to know that no matter what happens, it will be taken care of.
Noise reduction is absolutely crazy. It's as though we live in the middle of a forest with no sound. While the sun still streams in the windows, the light is the only thing that comes in now. No heat at all. Unquestioningly, one of the absolute best upgrades we've done to our home.
